Is there a minimum order or membership fee?
No membership, ever. Most accounts have a modest order minimum for free local delivery, which we'll confirm when we build your quote — and will-call pickup at our Virginia Beach warehouse has no minimum.
How fast can I get my first delivery?
Once your account is set up, most in-stock local orders deliver next business day. Send your list and we'll confirm timing for your area across Hampton Roads when we quote.
Do you deliver outside Virginia Beach?
Yes. Our trucks cover Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk and the surrounding Tidewater communities. If you're in Hampton Roads, you're almost certainly on a route.
Can you match what I currently buy elsewhere?
In most cases, yes. Send a recent invoice and we'll match the items (or recommend a close equivalent) and show you the case pricing side by side.
Do you work with government and military accounts?
We do. We're set up for compliant ordering, invoicing and bulk volume for bases, agencies, hotels and institutional kitchens. Reach out and we'll walk through the requirements.

You set par levels for the items you use regularly, pick a delivery day, and we keep them stocked on that cadence. You can adjust quantities any time with one call or email — no need to re-place the whole order.
